As an established and respected jewellery designer I continue to only want happy customers. If on delivery you are unhappy in any way with what you have received, then please return it immediately, certainly within 7 days, for a full no quibble refund, minus postage.
I must insist on insured postage for any returns. Plus the piece must be in exactly the same condition as when it was sent to you - unworn, clean, and unbroken. I always package my jewellery very carefully to avoid any mishaps in the postal system, and always send by recorded delivery, special delivery, or by Airsure.
